Shirley Jones (Taylor)

shirley taylor - born 17th march 1961- 15th july 2008. daughter to dot an roy taylor. Who are both lost without her and miss her terribly. i cant imaging the feeling of loosing your daughter after 47 happy years and take comfort form being with sid, holly and all the family at this sad time.
lived and raised in moreton was the middle of three children. jackie taylor (dunbar) Roy taylor and herself. growing up she tormented the life out of her younger brother and still continued to do so as they grew up. although they fort like cat an dog as any other brother an sister do but they loved each other dearly.
Shirley was a loving and caring person who was always on hand if anyone needed her, this was aptrehiated more than anything by her friends and family as she was always more than enthusiastic when it came to helping out and looking after her nieces and nephews. shirley had two nephews and two nieces. one of each from sister jackie(dunbar) kelly dunbar age 29 and aaron dunbar aged 26. and a niece and nephew from brother roy taylor, nicola taylor aged 20 and roy junior aged 18. she then became a great auntie from kelly dunbar (jackies daughter) to jade aged 6 and cody aged 2.
Always longing to be a mother shirley patiently waited almost 20 years for a child of her own, then in 1999 she and husband sid were blessed with a little baby girl who she named holly. Both shirley and sid adore holly to bits, sid who shirley met and fell instantly in love with over 15 years ago and happily got married in 1999 while. sid is and was always more than a husband to shirley he is her best friend! and enjoyed many years of going on holiday as a family, especially to benidorn were they would listen to holly singing to them on the karaoke.
For everyone that knows shirley they will always remember she was the life and soal of any party,well every party in that matter! she was always smiling and up for a laugh. And enjoyed nothing more than going out for a few scoops and a dance with her family and friends. if any of you ever went out with shirley you will remember she was renowned for her pissec face she pulled when shed had a few too many drinks! hahahaha.
our shirley missed so much but will never be forgotten, youll be in our hearts always! sleep tight with the fairys, out of pain and fast asleep love you forever and always mum, dad,sid, holly, jackie,kenny,kelly and arron, jade and cody. Roy, mandy, nicola and roy junior. The taylors!
